How to Order

Wholesale
This is a wholesale site and we only serve customers who already have accounts with us. If you do not have an account, you can request one by filling out the New Account Application Form. We ship to Canada and USA. Currently we do not ship to other countries. A minimum purchase of $150 is required.

How to place an order
For our existing customers
1) Place on top of the order your FC Art account number
2) Include your email address
3) Include Phone and fax #
4) List item # and quantity for each item.
You could either send the order to us in an attachment file through email or through fax. Once we receive the order, we will send you an invoice adding shipping cost to the sub total. When applicable, we will adjust total cost to a discount rate.

For new customers
You need to have an account with us to place any order. You can request an account by filling out the New Account Application Form. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for you account to be activated.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fee for delivery to Montreal area is $10 per delivery. Shipping to other places is approximately 10% to 15% of the total value of an order.

Discount
For an order exceeding $1,000 there is a 5% discount.
